Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is returned to us exactly as it was received.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Returned with all original tags still attached
- Free of any signs of wear, alteration, damage, stains, or odors (including cologne, smoke, or deodorant marks)
- In its original packaging where applicable
Items that are not returned as received — worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags — cannot be accepted and will be shipped back to you.
How to start a return
Email us at am3murrell@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked and insured method — we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit.
If your item arrived defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping and make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Email us and we’ll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, Pure Goat Milk Soap is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
